In order to ,cancel, re-schedule, or refund a class, you have to log into my website with a password you create, and all your account functions can be managed from there.... 1. After our session I will send you a link granting access to your student folder and daily lesson folders. Basically select the first lesson plan, become a site member if you aren't already, You will create a site membership to manage your account, then book your lesson, like this.... 1. I live in the United States, and in the US it is the law that the address must accompany online credit card purchases for authentication. You can cancel 12 hours and 1 minute before the class start time. and recieve a full money refund. Classes canceled 12 hours of less do not receive a refund unless prior arrangements have been made with me. at my discretion.

You get what you pay for. Each of my classes comes with a high quality video recording, and session materials which can include Documents and PowerPoint Slides.

At least one year after our last lesson. After 1 year I can choose to delete old files. Right now it's not a problem, I have PLENTY of online storage.
